PREPARATION GUIDE

Omely Provides:

• All transportation for the tour.

• Support staff on motorbikes (1–2 staff depending on group size).

• Bach Ma National Park entrance tickets and guides.

• All meals during the tour.

• Trekking gear (Trekking poles).

• Drinking water.

• Trekking bags for your belongings.

• Convenient raincoats in case of wet weather.

You Should Prepare:

• Professional trekking shoes or sports shoes with good grip/anti-slip soles.

• Lightweight clothing for climbing; high socks to prevent leech bites.

• Personal items: Sunscreen, mosquito repellent, toiletries.

• Swimwear for the streams.

• Multi-functional sweat-wicking towel.

• Identification documents (ID/Passport).

• Personal water bottle (encouraged).

TOUR REGULATIONS

Age & Health

• Requires basic physical fitness; no history of cardiovascular or joint-related conditions.

• Families with young children (≤ 8 years old): Parents must closely supervise children on difficult terrain. We recommend hiring a Private Caretaker (500,000 VND / staff for 1–2 children) for a more relaxing experience.

Environmental Protection

• No littering, tree cutting, flower picking, or hunting.

• "Leave nothing but footprints – Take nothing but pictures."

Group Coordination

• Always stay behind the guide or lead person.

• Do not overtake or lag too far behind the group.

• Report any issues immediately to the Guide/Support Staff.

• Do not leave the group without permission. In emergencies, notify at least one nearby guide.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 10 days before departure: 100% Refund.

• 7 days before departure: 50% Refund.

• 3 days before departure: 30% Refund.

• Less than 3 days before departure: No Refund.

• Force Majeure: In cases of epidemics, war, or severe storms/natural disasters, a 100% Refund will be issued.
