1. Ideal Time Slots for Participation

• Morning: 07:00 – 09:00

• Afternoon: 15:00 – 17:00

These are the most comfortable times of the day, with cooler temperatures and gentle sunlight—perfect for outdoor activities and capturing beautiful photos.

Guests are still welcome to join outside these hours, subject to weather and tide conditions.

2. Preparation Before Joining

• Clothing: Swimsuit, lightweight breathable clothes, wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses

• Bring along: Towel, personal drinking water (bottled water is supported on-site)

• Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes in advance

• Personal devices such as GoPro or waterproof phone cases if you wish to record your experience

3. Safety Notes

• Follow all instructions from staff and lifeguards

• Always wear a life jacket during water activities

• Not recommended for guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or severe motion sickness

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
