Children

• Children aged 5–9: 75% of the adult tour price. This includes a separate meal portion, car seat, and shared bed with parents.
• Children aged 10 and above: Adult price applies.

TOUR GUIDELINES

Environmental Protection

• Please do not litter, cut down trees, pick flowers, hunt, or collect plants or other forest products.
• Follow the principle: “Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but pictures.”

Staying with the Group

• Stay with and follow the tour guide or local leader throughout the trek.
• Do not walk too far ahead of or fall behind the group on your own.
• Inform the guide or support team immediately if you feel unwell, get injured, or encounter any difficulty during the trek.

Leaving the Group

• Please do not leave the group without informing the guide.
• In case of an emergency, notify the nearest guide or support staff immediately.

Homestay & Camping Etiquette

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00, especially near residential areas.
• Bringing outside alcohol or personal speakers is not permitted at the homestay or camping site.
• Please drink responsibly and avoid excessive alcohol consumption, especially before trekking.

Families with Young Children (8 Years Old and Under)

• Parents are responsible for assisting their children through challenging sections of the trail.
• For families who require additional support, we recommend hiring a dedicated ranger at VND 500,000 per ranger for 1–2 children.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 15 days before departure: 100% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation 10–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the tour cost.
• Cancellation 5–9 days before departure: 30% refund of the tour cost.
• Cancellation under 4 days before departure: No refund.
• Force Majeure: Full 100% refund in cases of force majeure (epidemics, conflicts, typhoons/floods).
